Our Company

Midlands Maintenance provides 24-hr. Exterior Cleaning/Pressure Washing services to both residential and commercial clients within 120 miles of Arnold, Missouri.

We maintain General Liability Insurance and we are licensed to work in the State of Missouri and the State of Illinois.

Our owner and employees are EPA and OSHA Certified, and continue to further their education in our evolving industries.

Our Manager

Wesley Jackson founded Midlands Maintenance in 2016, intent on providing quality work, coupled with great customer service.

Before graduating from Bishop DuBourg High School in Saint Louis, Missouri, Wesley became an Eagle Scout. He went on to attend Ranken Technical College, also in St. Louis, Missouri, to study Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration. Wesley graduated from Ranken with an Associate Degree in HVAC-R Technology.

Wesley is EPA 608 Certified and OSHA Certified, and maintains his Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
